Online Training Survey Results

Over the past 12 months we have collected almost 1400 surveys from users of our training platform and we wanted to share those results with everybody along with some interesting pieces of individual feedback and trends that we have seen.

First of all let me share what I think is the most important feedback we have received.

More than 98% of respondents said that completing our training would be helpful in their current role.

We are so pleased with this result as when we set up this platform our main goal was and still is to improve the practice and therefore support for children in classrooms across the country and secondly to improve the wellbeing of staff as a byproduct, a well supported child will be happier and therefore creating a better working environment for staff.

Secondly 95% of respondents rated our training Good or Outstanding which again is really pleasing.

The above stats say to me that the majority of staff completing our courses are not being overwhelmed by too much information and we are not "teaching crocodiles to swim"

"Yes, it helps to gain knowledge and understanding of Autism. It also gives advice and guidance in how to assist and help children with Autism"

"Very useful and took any misunderstanding I had away. I feel more competent and prepared to support a young person with ADHD."

"Yes this training helped me to understand more about my own journey with anxiety and how to help children presenting with anxiety conditions."

"The training was fantastically useful and succinctly put. This will definitely help me further support my students. Thank you!"

We are very pleased with the above feedback and continue to strive to improve our training and maintain the above amazing levels of feedback.

We are going to make a few changes to our surveys, reports and training going forward and we will communicate them in the near future and hopefully it will give us more insight into how to make our training more impactful, as well as being able to measure it's impact better.
